Moreover, the doctoral student shall arrange three percentage seminars, a final seminar, a Making Public and the Public Defence. In the percentage seminars, the on-going research project is presented at 30%, 50% and 80% of completion.
The doctoral student has regular contact with two supervisors, a principal supervisor who is employed at SKH, and another supervisor with relevant expertise. They advise on the planning, structure and progression of the doctoral studies and the doctoral project. The doctoral student and the principal supervisor document and plan the education annually in an individual study plan.
Doctoral studies include active participation in the artistic research environment, e.g. participation in seminars or workshops, conferences, performances and exhibitions at SKH, nationally and internationally.
