Research Projects
KAIA
The Critical AI Working Group (KAIA) hosts creative projects, interdisciplinary research, and critical discourse on artificial intelligence (AI) and the arts.
Situated in the subject area Film and Media, KAIA supports projects from diverse disciplines, all focused on advancing both methods and aesthetics in content creation, production, and their impact. As a hub for examining the ethical, social, and political implications of AI technologies, the group addresses issues like algorithmic bias, copyright, and the risks of automation of creative processes, striving for a more equitable technological landscape within the arts.
