What subject do you teach at SKH and at which education?
I am a part-time employee as an assistant lecturer in dance pedagogy with project leader responsibility at the Subject area of Dance Pedagogy. As a teacher, I currently work mainly with independent courses with a focus on choreographic processes, leadership and / or pedagogy. As a project manager, I run a change project around the bachelor's program in dance pedagogy here at the department. It is planned to be ready by the autumn of 2023.
If you are interested in hearing more, exchanging or exploring ideas or thoughts about this change project or possible collaborations, you are more than welcome to contact me via email: camilla.reppen@uniarts.se!

Is there anything you would like to highlight within your area?
I am very interested in leadership practice in artistic and pedagogical processes. What do group dynamics, group development and leadership practice look like through different stages in different choreographic processes? How does it affect what knowledge that is valued and developed during different artistic or pedagogical projects? What impact do the social interactions in an activity have on how a piece develops and what it ultimately becomes? I believe that these issues are important, among other things, for understanding and developing one's own artistic and pedagogical practice, but also for making the work environment in the field of dance and performing arts visible and to be able to change it I ways that better suit the specific project or organization.
You can read more about leadership practice in choreographic processes in my master's thesis: http://urn.kb.se/resolve?urn=urn:nbn:se:uu:diva-403269
What do you do when your not working at SKH?
When I am not working at SKH, I work as a choreographer, dancer and educator in artistic and pedagogical projects with the dance group Arkeolog 8 (www.arkeolog8.se) or I spend time with friends and family, am out in the woods, on the dance mat or in a skateboard ramp.
I am also engaged in the research project Choreographic Folding. You can read more about the project here: www.ntnu.edu/ilu/choreographic-folding
