Closed email accounts at SKH over the weekend

After the shutdown of all email accounts this weekend, two-factor authentication is now activated on all SKH email accounts.

Do this before opening your email again:

• Go to the intranet
• When you log in, you will receive a text message to your work mobile phone (or to your private mobile phone if you are a student) with a code. You then enter this code when logging in.
• If you do not receive the text message or if you get the message "Kontot är låst" ("Your account is locked"), please contact the IT department at itsupport@uniarts.se or call 8300 (internal) or +46 8 49 400 300. Please include your own SKH email address and phone number in your message.

The IT department will keep the drop-in room on floor 4 at Valhallavägen 189 manned throughout Monday 19 February. The staff in the reception at Valhallavägen 189 will also be able to answer information to get everyone's email accounts up and running.
