CirkusMania: Omätbara (Immeasurable)
Fourteen young artists from across Europe are now in their second year at SKH’s circus program. During their studies, they push their circus disciplines in new directions – tight wire, trapeze, Chinese pole, Cyr wheel, teeterboard, juggling, and aerial rope. Omätbara is the student's ensemble project, aimed at combining their artistic visions into a collective creation performance, in the moment in between their first year of school and the graduation.
The students are guided by guest director Tilde Björfors, artist, artistic director, changemaker, playwright, and innovator. Fifteen years after her extensive research into circus languages and the ever-present duality of risk and possibility, she, together with these emerging artists, explores the contents of circus hearts in 2025.
