Film masterclass with Loran Batti
Welcome to a Masterclass with director Loran Batti who will talk about his filmmaking and creative process. He is currently working on the documentary film G - 21 scenes from Gottsunda.
The event is a collaboration with Film Stockholm.

Loran Batti is a director and screenwriter based in Gothenburg. He has studied documentary film at Ölands Folkhögskola and drama at Biskops-Arnös Folkhögskola. He has been awarded the Swedish Film Institute's Wildcard Prize for G - 21 Scenes from Gottsunda, the first documentary filmmaker ever to be awarded the prize.
Loran also writes for the stage and is currently working on texts for Riksteatern, among others. In 2021, he participated in the Nordic Film Lab, an exclusive lab for talented filmmakers from the Nordic countries, organised by the Gothenburg Film Festival.
Moderator: Ahmed Abdullahi, film director and SKH alumnus. The conversation will also include Saman Hosseini from SKH, who was an advisory producer for G - 21 scenes from Gottsunda.
