Distance Learning

SKH offers several distance learning programmes and courses. Here we collect information and resources on how we at the library can support you if you are studying elsewhere.

The library can send books to you if you are staying in Sweden. For E-resources please check the Search tab.  The student is personally responsible for the books being returned to the library on time, including paying postage for return. You can also contact your nearest library and ask them to make an interlibrary loan. If you are studying from abroad, you have to contact the closest library in your country for library services.

The library can also in some cases copy and send chapters from books that you may need. In the case of course literature, however, you can contact the responsible teacher to get current articles or chapters via them or in the learning platform Canvas.

Contact the library and we will activate your loan account so you get distance student status. You will then receive an extended loan period. The loan period for course literature will then be two weeks instead of one. Other loans are one month.

If you need help with information search, we can arrange digital search information via Zoom.
