Exchange studies in Performing Arts

Master's Programme in Performing Arts

Course offered for exchanges studies spring semester 2025 include:

  • Site, Event, Encounter in Performing Arts, 15 ECTS (year 2, semester 4)

The course aims to develop your ability to situate and place an ongoing artistic project that you have within a context and to communicate your project to the chosen context and audience. Within the course, you develop your understanding of different approaches to and perspectives on place, context and audience encounter in the performing arte. You develop formats, forms of presentation, audience encounters and artistic approaches that are relevant to the project's research and purpose.

The course can be completed within the Erasmus+ category "Blended short-term mobility".

Total of ECTS: 15

Study period: 31 March - 8 June 2025. Studies and presentation of your project on-site at SKH is 30 May - 5 June. The on-site study period at SKH can start earlier by agreement with the programme coordinator at SKH.

Main language of instruction: English

Study location: Distance studies and on-site studies at SKH in Stockholm

Study pace: Full time

Responsible unit: Performing Arts

Please note that we only accept applications and certificates through Mobility Online and that we will not consider any applications from students sent by e-mail or regular post. When applying online, make sure to double check that you have chosen the correct home institution.

  • Registration certificate from your home institution
  • Proof of previous studies (transcript of records)
  • Language certificate (english)
  • Letter of recommendation from a performing arts tutor or teacher at your institution
  • Letter of motivation
  • Project description
