Student Health

As a student at Stockholm University of the Arts you are welcome to contact the Student Health Services at Stockholm University. The Student Health Services works more with preventative measures than healthcare.

The Student Health Services offers groups, workshops, individual conversations and counseling over the phone. All visits and participation in activities are free of charge and the staff members at the Student Health Services work under confidentiality. At Student Health Services you can meet a company nurse, welfare officer or a psychologist.

Groups and Workshops

The Student Health Services offers workshops and groups with different themes. The aim of them are to further your knowledge about and tools to take care of your health and studies.

As a student you can participate in a group with other students and work with a theme such as stress management, study routines, life habits or general health.

Studenthälsa.se

In January 2024, a new national website for student health was launched. It was created by LiU, SU and UHR on behalf of the government. Studenthälsa.se gathers facts, advice and guides to self-help in student health in one place. Here you can access recorded lectures, real stories from students and exercises that can help you feel better during your time as a student.
