If you are looking for accommodation in Stockholm, there are several ways to look for accommodation. SKH does not have its own student housing for rent.

There are different ways to find accommodation in Stockholm. Here you find a list with different housing agencies, both specifically for student but also for general renting. Our best advice is to search accommodation trough multiple sites and keep yourself updated. If you are considering renting trough a site where there are privet people subletting apartments or a room, please always read the safety information in the site to avoid deceiving offers. SKH do not take responsibility for the content of the sites and it is important that you as an applicant always read the terms and conditions for different housing agencies.

Housing agencies for all of Stockholm

Stockholms studentbostäder (SSSB) – is founded by Stockholms student unions central organisation (SSCO) and is a housing agency for students. There are demands for both membership in a student union and being an active student. For more information read on their website.

The Stockholm Housing Agency (Bostadsförmedlingen i Stockholm) – Conveys rental apartments for different people, also student. There are no demands for signing up in the housing queue apart from being at least 18 years old. You need to pay a yearly fee to be in the housing queue. For more information read on their website.

Study abroad in Scandinavia (DIS) – SKH has a collaboration with the organisation DIS. The studentappartments are international and students at SKH are welcome to apply for an apartment there. For more information read on their website.

Fixakontraktet.se (only in Swedish) – is a housing agency listing foremost first come, first served-contracts from different landlords in Stockholm. You can register on their website for a fee. For more information read on their website.

Akademisk kvart – is Stockholms student unions central organisation (SSCO) housing agency for subletting apartments or rooms. For more information read on their website.
