The systematic way of working towards developing and ensuring the quality of our activities is based on the enhancement wheel. This means that all activities must be systematically planned, performed, monitored and actioned and feedback given to those involved according to the figure below. This systematic approach means ensuring that the activities comply with the defined goals and requirements and that the activities are developed so as to achieve SKH’s visions and goals.

The precondition for being able to work systematically according to the enhancement wheel is that in every phase, plan – implement – follow up – adjust – feedback, there are clear processes and governing and support documents that clearly show what is to be done and by whom. In the monitoring phase, structured collection activities are used in the form of monitoring and evaluation that are performed regularly.
