International cooperation is an important part of education and research at SKH. Through an active dialogue with external partners and close cooperation with universities around the world, we strengthen the quality of our education and research and give students and staff the possibility to develop.

In connection with the Italian theatre group Motus' visit to Stockholm 3–7 October, SKH is participating as a co-organiser in one of the programme items.

Since 2004, all acting and mime acting students devote considerable time in the run-up to their third year to creating their very own solo performance from scratch. An approach that has constantly challenged: not only the actors themselves, but also the basic assumptions of the entire Swedish theatre world.

The call for participation in VIS – Nordic Journal for Artistic Research number 14 is open! The theme is “The Heart of the Experiment (and the art of failure)”. The editor for this issue is Michael Francis Duch, co-editor Tale Næss.
