Welcome to the Research Portal

Here in the Research Portal you can publish a new project or edit an existing project.

Some things to keep in mind

  • The login time is limited to 30 minutes. After that, you are automatically logged out and if you have not published your project, the information will not be saved. It is therefore important that your text and image are fully prepared before you start working in the portal.
  • Fields marked with * are mandatory and must be filled in.
  • You enter the Swedish text under the correct headings in the column labelled sv-SE and the English text under the correct headings in the column labelled en-GB. You must complete the mandatory fields in both languages.
  • Some fields have a maximum limit on the number of characters (including blanks) they can contain. If you have more characters than the limit, you will not be able to publish your project. You can see the number of characters in the field itself.
  • In the "Project description" field, you can format your text with links, bullet points, bold text, etc. (the other fields do not have this functionality). However, you should not copy already formatted text directly from, for example, a Word document, as the formatting will differ from the other fields. Instead, copy the text by pressing ctrl + shift + v (on a Windows computer) or cmd + shift + v (on a Mac computer). This will automatically "clean" the text and allow you to make any formatting changes directly in the field.
  • Image format: 16:9 (landscape, preferably 1440x806)
  • You can preview your project at any time by clicking on the Preview button at the bottom of the form. When you are in preview mode and want to go back to the Research Portal, do not use the back arrow in the browser, but close the window with the cross in the right corner. Note! Images in the preview may look "wrong", but when you have published your project, the image should appear correctly.
  • When you are ready with your content, just click on Create new project, or Update project, at the bottom of the page. Your project will then be published directly on our website.
  • Always double-check your project on the web after publication. You can do this here: www.uniarts.se/research-search
